বাংলাদেশে এআই নিয়ে সরকারি উদ্যোগে সেমিনার আয়োজন কিংবা প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক পর্যায়ে এআই শিক্ষা প্রবর্তনের পরিকল্পনা-এগুলো নিঃসন্দেহে ইতিবাচক এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ। কিন্তু বাস্তবতা হলো, এই মুহূর্তে শুধু এআই শেখানোর দিকে মনোযোগ দিলেই চলবে না।

এআই প্রযুক্তি যত সহজলভ্য হচ্ছে, ততই এর অপব্যবহারের সুযোগও বাড়ছে। ভুয়া তথ্য, বিভ্রান্তিকর ছবি বা ভিডিও তৈরি করে মানুষকে বিভ্রান্ত করা, কাউকে হেয় প্রতিপন্ন করা, কিংবা সামাজিকভাবে হেনস্তা করার প্রবণতা ইতিমধ্যে দৃশ্যমান হতে শুরু করেছে। আশঙ্কার জায়গাটা এখানেই-যদি এখনই এর বিরুদ্ধে কার্যকর নীতিমালা বা প্রযুক্তিগত ব্যবস্থা তৈরি না হয়, তাহলে একসময় এটি একটি স্বাভাবিক প্রবণতায় পরিণত হতে পারে, যেখানে মানুষ এই ধরনের অপব্যবহারে মজা খুঁজে পাবে এবং অন্যকে ছোট করার প্রবণতা স্বাভাবিক হয়ে দাঁড়াবে।

শুধু প্রযুক্তি জানলেই হয় না-কীভাবে দায়িত্বশীলভাবে এটি ব্যবহার করতে হয়, সেই শিক্ষাটাও সমান গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। এআই শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি যদি নৈতিকতা ও দায়বদ্ধতার শিক্ষা না থাকে, তাহলে জ্ঞান থাকলেও তার সঠিক প্রয়োগ নিশ্চিত হবে না।

দুর্ভাগ্যজনকভাবে, বাংলাদেশ সরকারের পক্ষ থেকে এআই-চালিত মিসইনফরমেশন প্রতিরোধে সুনির্দিষ্ট কোনো ভবিষ্যৎমুখী পরিকল্পনা এখনো দৃশ্যমান নয়। এটি একটি উদ্বেগের বিষয়। প্রয়োজন

শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ও গণমাধ্যমের মাধ্যমে দায়িত্বশীল এআই ব্যবহারের চর্চা তৈরি করা

As AI technology becomes more accessible, the scope for its misuse is also growing. Trends are already becoming visible- spreading false information, creating misleading images or videos to deceive people, belittling others, or harassing them socially. That’s exactly where the concern lies: if effective policies or technical measures aren’t put in place against this now, it could eventually become a normalized trend, where people start finding amusement in this kind of misuse, and the tendency to demean others becomes commonplace.

Knowing the technology alone isn’t enough – learning how to use it responsibly matters just as much. If ethics and accountability aren’t taught alongside AI education, then even with knowledge, its proper application won’t be ensured.

Unfortunately, no clear, forward-looking plan from the Bangladesh government to prevent AI-driven misinformation is visible yet. This is a matter of concern. What’s needed is:

  • Building a framework to detect AI-generated fake content
  • Formulating specific policies on this issue
  • Developing technical and legal preventive measures alongside awareness campaigns
  • Cultivating responsible AI use through educational institutions and the media
